We believe every child deserves a therapy plan built around them — their goals, their family, their daily life — not around what a benefits administrator will approve. Our mission is simple: connect families in Vero Beach, Sebastian, and Fort Pierce with experienced, ethical, deeply caring clinicians, and give those clinicians the time and autonomy to do their best work.
Why We Exist
If you have ever called a pediatric clinic in Florida and been told the next opening is in four months — or watched insurance limit your child to fewer sessions than their evaluation called for — you already understand the gap we set out to close. Pediatric therapy works best when it is consistent, personalized, and aligned with what is happening at home and at school. Anything that gets in the way of that — long waitlists, rushed visits, plans shaped by reimbursement rules — ultimately gets in the way of your child’s progress.
By operating on a private-pay basis, we are able to keep caseloads reasonable, give every family thorough intake conversations, and let our clinicians make purely clinical decisions about frequency and approach.
Our Approach
Every engagement begins with a no-cost consultation call. We listen first, then walk you through how Occupational Therapy, Applied Behavior Analysis, or a combination of both could support your child. If we are a strong fit, we schedule a clinical evaluation and build an individualized plan with measurable goals you can actually see playing out in everyday life.
- Individualized. No templates — every plan starts from your child’s strengths and challenges.
- Naturalistic and play-based. We use your child’s motivation and real-world environments wherever possible.
- Parent-coached. The strategies that change daily life are the ones you can use at bedtime, in the car, and at the dinner table.
- Collaborative. When a family receives both OT and ABA, our clinicians coordinate so goals reinforce one another.
- Transparent. Plain-language progress notes, clear pricing, and direct access to your therapy team.
Our Clinical Standards
Every Occupational Therapist we contract is state-licensed (OTR/L or COTA) and carries appropriate professional liability coverage. Every ABA program is designed and supervised by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), with direct service delivered by qualified Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) when appropriate. All team members complete background screening before working with families.
Who We Serve
We serve infants, toddlers, preschoolers, and school-age children across Indian River County and northern St. Lucie County — specifically Vero Beach, Sebastian, Fort Pierce, and the surrounding communities. Families come to us looking for support with autism spectrum disorder, sensory processing differences, fine and gross motor delays, handwriting and school-readiness skills, feeding and self-care, communication and social development, and the everyday challenges that come with parenting a child who needs a little extra support.
