Why Tampa Families Choose Us

Finding pediatric therapy in the Tampa Bay area often means insurance-driven care, long waitlists, and rigid clinic-only sessions. We built our practice around a different model:

  • No waitlist — most families schedule their first evaluation within a week of reaching out.
  • Private pay only — no insurance authorizations, no session caps, no denials. Your clinician spends time on your child, not on paperwork.
  • In-person or telehealth — sessions happen where your child learns best. For younger children and children with sensory sensitivities, in-person care is often a game-changer.
  • Licensed, evidence-based clinicians — OTR/L occupational therapists, CCC-SLP speech-language pathologists, BCBA-supervised ABA teams. No inexperienced techs delivering care solo.
  • Approved Step Up For Students provider — we accept the Family Empowerment Scholarship for Students with Unique Abilities (FES-UA) from eligible Florida families.

How In-Person Therapy Works in Tampa

Your child’s clinician travels to your home for scheduled sessions — bringing the equipment, materials, and playful therapy activities right into the environment where you already spend your time. There is no rushing to a clinic between school and dinner, no unfamiliar waiting room, and no need to translate strategies from a clinical setting into your kitchen. What your therapist works on with your child is what you can immediately practice together.

For families who prefer or need it, we also offer telehealth sessions delivered through a secure, HIPAA-compliant video platform. Telehealth is a strong fit for parent coaching, some articulation and language work, and follow-up support — and lets us serve families in outlying parts of the Tampa Bay area without adding drive time to their week.

Coordinating With Your Child’s Wider Care Team

Many of the children we support in the Tampa area work with pediatricians, developmental specialists, school-based support teams, and other therapists. With your permission, we coordinate directly with those providers so everyone working with your child is aligned, sharing observations, and pulling in the same direction. Your child experiences one thoughtful plan, not a fragmented care puzzle.

Getting Started

Every Tampa family begins with a brief, no-pressure conversation. Tell us what is going on with your child, ask any questions you have, and we will help you decide whether an evaluation is the right next step. If it is, we will schedule the initial appointment at a time and location that fits your family.
